The Planning Commission                                                                                                                                        The commission consists of five members who shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Town Council.  

Planning Commission meets the second Monday of each month at 7:30 PM in Town Hall. All residents are invited to bring your ideas, concerns and recommendations to Commission meetings.  

Duties of the Planning Commission
The planning commission is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the City Council on the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Land Use Ordinance and regulations, potential annexations, and sub-area planning.

Term of Office
The term of office shall be five years.  The terms of each shall expire in rotation on the second Monday in January of each succeeding year. 
(Uniontown municipal code 2.36.020) Vacancies shall be filled for the un-expired terms.
